Government today said IT-enabled services are largely contributing to the growth of national economy by way of increase in exports and creation of jobs.<br/><br/>In a written reply in Rajya Sabha, Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said according to NASSCOM, around six lakh jobs have been created in the IT sector in the last three years. <br/><br/>He said many firms have initiated dedicated programmes to upgrade the skills of the employees. There are over three lakh experts in the country to trained them.
