The Government has ruled out any change of position on the India-China Line of Actual Control. Talking to newspersons on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, the Defence Minister, Mr.A.K. Antony said that there is a difference of perception. He said that Chinese move over to our border side and some times, we move to their border side.<br/>On terror strike and infiltration on LoC in Jammu and Kashmir, the minister said that the inimical forces are trying to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere in the state.<br/>On Sukhna land scam, the minister said the army chief has already ordered administrative action against the accused. He said that it would be too early for him to comment on the issue.
