The Gujarat High Court today struck down a clause in a State government resolution which asked self-financed schools not to collect fees during online education.<br />'' <br />''AIR correspondent reports that the government resolution was issued by the State Education department on 16th July. It was challenged in the High Court by Federation of Self Financed Schools, saying that it is difficult for the schools to pay salaries to staff and teachers without collecting fees.<br />'' <br />''The High Court today set aside that particular clause and directed the government and school federation to work together to find an amicable solution on the fee issue.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">State Education Minister BhupendraSinh Chudasama said that the state government respects the High Court's order.</span><br />
