The Union Government has rejected the claim made by a Youtube video that it will give Rs 75,000 in the accounts of people under the so called Modi Loan Scheme.&nbsp;The Press Information Bureau said, in a tweet that this claim is false and no such scheme has been announced by the government.<br />
