Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, that government is ready to discuss any issue in Parliament and expressed hope that there will be a healthy debate, inviting all Parliamentarians to talk about people's aspirations. <br/><br/> Talking to reporters ahead of the Winter session, Mr Modi appealed to the Opposition for unity saying that the government wants to reform the tax system. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said, decisions can be taken quickly when all parties work together in national interest. He said, in the last session, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill was passed which was a big step.
