Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju today reiterated that the government is promoting the sports culture across the country.<br />''<br />''Replying to supplementaries during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha, Mr Rijiju expressed hope that India will perform better in the upcoming Olympics.<br />''<br />''The Minister said, good coaches and quality training platforms with world class infrastructure are being provided to the athletes so that they can prepare themselves for international levels.<br />''<br />''He said, fees of the coaches have also been increased by the government to provide athletes world class training. Mr Rijiju informed the House that central government has sanctioned 25 sports infrastructure projects for Uttar Pradesh.<br />''<br />''Mr Rijiju said, the Centre will leave no stone unturned to provide all facilities to the players to prepare them for the Olympics. The minister said, emerging talents are being encouraged by the Sports Ministry to do well in sports.<br />
