Government says it is preparing draft guidelines on corporate social responsibility. <br/><br/>Union Mines Secretary, Santha Sheela Nair today held first meeting in New Delhi with the stakeholders on the proposed guidelines. She said that the government wants to draft guidelines in the wake of proposed amendment in the Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation, MMDR Act.<br/><br/>Officials from various organizations including the Planning Commission and Ministry of Public Enterprises attended the meeting.
