Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has said, government is planning to set up block level sports complexes all over the country to enhance sports activity. Addressing media on the achievement of his ministry in hundred days in New Delhi today, he said to identify and nurture sporting talent, National sports talent search programme has been introduced by the Government. Mr Sonowal said government will introduce the National Sports Development Bill in Parliament in the coming session. The Minister said, National Sports University will be set up in Manipur to promote excellence in sports studies, sports science and sports teaching.
