Union Minister of Human Resource and Development, Mr. Kapil Sibbal said that the government is working on to provide affordable, low cost quality higher education to all. Addressing the seminar on Imperatives for higher education in New Delhi today, Mr. Sibbal said that government is working on education system plan to bring excellence in it and this needs collaboration from reputed foreign universities from all around the globe. He said that the government is working on tie- up plans of our university with foreign universities.<br/>
