The government is planning to set up innovation universities dedicated for study and research in sustainable city development. Human Resource Development Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal said in New Delhi today that the proposed universities will work on issues relating to city planning, water management, urban transport, housing and energy. <br/><br/>He said that the government will establish 14 innovation universities and is looking for tie- up with various agencies.<br/>
