Government is planning to introduce Skills Development Courses in classes 9th to 12th. Human Resource and Development Minister Kapil Sibal said that the framework for this will be completed by May this year. Talking on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today Sibal said that the course will initially be introduced in schools under Central Board of Secondary Education. He asked all State Boards to introduce the course. Mr Sibal added that the course will include skills development in various sectors like hospitality, automobiles and agriculture.
