Government has not yet taken any decision on the revision of disinvestment targets for the current fiscal. Talking to reporters in New Delhi today, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said that the decision will be taken only after taking into account all domestic and external factors. He added that the government will take appropriate action at an appropriate time. Our Correspondent reports that government had set a budgetary target of raising 400 billion rupees during the current fiscal.However, the Secretary in the Department of Disinvestment had last month stated that the target might be revised because of volatile market conditions.
