The government is not going to set up any fast-track National Company Law Tribunal, NCLT and NCL Appellate Tribunal for speedy processing of litigations related to Real Estate Companies of Delhi NCR.<br />'' <br />'' In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs Rao Inderjit Singh said in order to enable the NCLT for timely disposal of cases, the government is taking all the necessary steps from time to time including regular appointment of members and provision of adequate physical infrastructure.<br />'' <br />''The Centre has appointed 20 new Members in NCLT in 2021, approved the appointment of 15 new members in this year and also initiated the recruitment process to fill up other vacancies.
