BJP today said the government must take stringent measures against terrorism. Addressing a joint press conference in New Delhi, leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley alleged that the government agencies have failed to crack down the terrorist outfits.

Mentioning some terrorist incidents in different parts of country including blasts in Varanasi, Bangaluru,Pune and Delhi, he alleged that National Security and intelligence agencies were unable to get any break through in their investigations till now.

The leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj reiterated her allegation that constitutional provisions have been ingnored in the appointment of Lokayukta in Gujarat.
