Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee says, government may clarify its stand on Vodafone tax controversy in Parliament at the time of discussion on Finance Bill, 2012. He was responding to queries by news persons in New Delhi on whether the government will waive penalty on Vodafone after Parliament approved amendments to Income-tax Act, 1961 with retrospective tax effect.

Parliament is scheduled to take up the Finance Bill next week.
