Minister of Communications Manoj Sinha today launched Twitter service to address the common man's complaints regarding telecom and postal services. The Twitter handle of Minister is @manojsinhabjp. Launching the sewa, Mr Sinha said, the initiative is in the tune of Prime Minister's vision of minimum government, maximum governance. <br/><br/>He said, Telecom Ministry and Department of Posts will compile a list from Twitter sewa and categorise them into immediate, mid term and long term complaints. He said, along with BSNL and MTNL, other telecom Services Providers will resolve the complaints forwarded to them under the arrangement.
