Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare has launched a nationwide campaign for promotion of Digital Life Certificate for Central Government pensioners. The objective of this nationwide campaign is to promote the use of Face Authentication technology and Digital Life Certificate, DLC to ensure transparency and ease of usage. <br />''<br />''All the registered Pensioners' Associations, Pension Disbursing Banks, Central Ministries and CGHS Centers had been directed to promote the Digital Life Certificate and Face Authentication Technique for giving Life Certificate by organizing special camps.<br />''<br />''Till Wednesday, a total of 30 lakh 34 thousand central government pensioners have used DLC successfully. Out of this, two lakh 82 thousand DLCs have been created through Face authentication.<br />
