As part of Digital India initiative, Food and public Distribution Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today launched Food Corporation of India's Depot Online System in Delhi. <br/><br/>In his address Mr Paswan said Deport Online System will help real time monitoring of FCI operations and enhance transparency and efficiency. The Minister said currently the project is being implemented in the FCI owned 553 depots and subsequently FCI hired godowns will also brought under the ambit of the project.
