Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Kalraj Mishra on Monday said the government has launched National Manufacturing Competitiveness Programme to compete in the global market. <br/><br/>Addressing a award function in New Delhi, Mr Mishra said the up-gradation of quality technology is require to compete in the international market. He said that his ministry has prepared a cluster programme to remove the problems of entrepreneurs. <br/><br/>The Minister presented National Productivity and Innovation awards for 2013-14 to 32 entrepreneurs in different fields of MSME sectors.
