<span style="color: #222222;">Road Transport and Highways Ministry has issued a draft notification to facilitate Divyangjan in the conversion of fully built vehicles into adapted vehicles through temporary registration. <br />''<br />''The Ministry said, as per the specific needs of Divyangajan, adaptation of motor vehicles is often required to facilitate their mobility.<br />''<br />'' Currently, such adaptation could either be carried out, by the manufacturer or his authorized dealer after the registration of vehicle, on the basis of permission received from registering authority. This will further facilitate the driving of motor vehicles by Divyangjan. The Ministry has invited comments and suggestions from all stakeholders within a period of thirty days.</span><br />
