He said in the first tier, there are three Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), of which are IPs are members. The IBBI is the second-tier regulator having oversight on the IPAs and IPs.</span><br />
