Govt is implementing SDGs or Agenda 2030 well in advance than the agenda set up by UN: Hardeep Singh Puri

<span style="color: #222222;">Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the government is implementing Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs or Agenda 2030 well in advance than the agenda set up by the United Nations. Delivering keynote address at the launch of the Leaders in Climate Change Management Programme in New Delhi today, the Minister said, that implementation of these goals will redefine country's economic processes. He said, in the last eight years, the Modi Government has taken concrete steps in pushing the sustainability agenda forward.<br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports that the Leaders in Climate Change Management Programme aims to aid India's ambitious climate targets by translating commitments into action on the ground. It has been designed jointly by the National Institute of Urban Affairs, World Resources Institute India, United Nations Enviorment Programme and the Indian Shcool of Business with support of the smart cities.</span><br />
