Addressing the Indian diaspora at Jakarta Convention Centre today, he said, India is one among the few most open economies in the world and is in the second position in the global competitive index. He invited  Indonesians to visit India and announced that Indian government would provide them visa-free travel for 30 days. He suggested them to visit India in January next year during Kumbhmela to see the cultural diversity of the country. Earlier, India and Indonesia signed two agreements and seven MoUs in various sectors including defence, space and capacity building. Both countries decided to elevate the strategic partnership to a comprehensive strategic partnership. They also agreed to deepen their ties in defence, maritime security, Science and Technology, pharmaceuticals and other areas. Both leaders also inaugurated the first joint kite exhibition themed on India's largest epics Ramayana and Mahabharata at Jakarta's National Monument.Mr Modi reached Jakarta last evening on the first leg of his 3-nation visit to Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.  </div>
