<span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has invited comments and suggestions on its draft notification in which it has proposed that every goods carriage vehicle carrying any dangerous or hazardous goods shall be equipped with or fitted with a vehicle tracking system device as per Automotive Industry Standard 140. The draft notification was issued yesterday. Comments and suggestions have to be given within thirty days.</span><br />
