Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi assured the Rajya Sabha today that the government is in the process of constituting Minority Commission. Responding to the concern expressed by opposition parties, he said the Jain community will also be included in the Commission.<br/><br/>Not satisfied with the reply, Congress members trooped into the well raising slogans. In the process, the House witnessed three brief adjournments till 12 15 PM. <br/><br/>Narendra Budania of the Congress raised the issue and he was supported by Samajwadi Party and BSP members.<br/><br/>Earlier, Sharad Yadav of JD(U) demanded that the government should fill up the jobs meant for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes as early as possible. Digvijaya Singh of the Congress wanted to know from Deputy Chairman about the status of his substantive motion in regard to the government formation in Goa.
