Union Minister of State for Agriculture Sanjeev Balyan has said that government has started implementing recommendations of Swaminathan committee. He said Centre will purchase crops of pulses and oilseeds through Food Corporation of India. <br/><br/>Union Minister was interacting with media at Jagadhari in Haryana yesterday. On asking about the closure of a private sugar mill of Yamuna Nagar, he said that no sugar mill will close due to financial reasons. He said if situation arises, government will take over mill and run it.
