Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said that India has no dearth of technologies and the Government has transformed biotechnology into an entrepreneurial mode. Inaugurating Global Bio India summit in New Delhi today, Mr Pradhan said, India has the potential to use bio-fuels more effectively.
