Union minister of state for sports, youth affairs and information and broadcasting Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that government has started sending money to Gram panchyats directly so that they can plan their development works on their own.<br/><br/>Addressing a programme under Sansad Aapke Dwar Programme at khadav village in Jaipur District, Colonel Rathore said that govt is sending money as per population of the village and it has been increasing every year to strengthen the rural India. <br/><br/>The minister said that 29 crore new accounts have been opened in last two and half years and now benefits of different schemes are being transferred directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries. <br/><br/>He said that government has made the Banks accountable and if they refuse to give the loan to any person under MUDRA Yojna then they have to give reason.'
