Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Vijay Sampla has said that the government has integrated drug de-addiction with rehabilitation. <br/><br/>In an exclusive interview to All India Radio, he said the addicted persons are provided with skill development, personality development and spiritual fulfillment before bringing them back into the mainstream.<br/><br/>Mr. Sampla said the problem of drug addiction is a global and national issue.
