<span style="color: #222222;">Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said that the government has given a conducive atmosphere for the promotion and protection of capabilities of youth from Minority communities.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''He said, the atmosphere of inclusive empowerment has ensured that a large number of youth from the minority communities are being selected in the top administrative services. This year also, 145 people belonging to minority communities have been selected in Civil Services.<br />''<br />''The Minister said, Government's efforts for promotion and progress of meritorious youth from minority communities have resulted in selection of 22 youth from poor and deprived sections of minority communities in Civil Services.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''He said, the Ministry provided assistance of free coaching to these students under the Nai Udaan scheme. Felicitating youth belonging to minority communities, who have been selected in Civil Services 2019, Mr Naqvi said that there is no dearth of talent in minority communities.<br />''<br />''The Minister said that only around three crore minority students had been given scholarships before 2014, while on the other hand the Narendra Modi Government's commitment to "Inclusive Empowerment" has ensured scholarships to 4 crore 60 lakh minority students during the last 6 years. Mr Naqvi said that more than 50 per cent of these beneficiaries&nbsp;are girls.</span><br />''&nbsp;
