Bhartiya Janata Party National President Amit Shah has said the Central Government has ensured fundamental changes in the country during the last three years. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun on Wednesday, he said, India has emerged as second most strong force in the world after the United States of America. Mr. Shah further said, Gross Domestic Product, GDP was on the rise which had witnessed a slump during earlier UPA rule.<br/><br/>The BJP President also lauded the performance of Trivendra Singh Rawat Government of Uttarakhand. He enlisted the achievements of the Central Government on this occasion. Earlier, he also inaugurated the e-library at the BJP State Unit office in Dehradun. Uttarakhand is fifth state in the country, where State BJP office has a e-library.
