The Congress has said the government should understand that everyone in the country has a right to debate, dissent and tolerance. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party senior leader Kapil Sibal alleged that the government has abdicated its responsibility of governance. <br/><br/>Charging the ruling party with adopting double standards on sedition charges, Mr Sibal said, BJP leaders on many occasion have eulogized Nathuram Godse as a martyr but no sedition charges were slapped on them.
