The government today said that it is giving utmost priority to the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) and it is reviewed at many levels for close monitoring and speedy resolution of the issues. <br/><br/>Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha, Power, Coal and Mines Minister Piyush Goyal said, at state level a committee under the chairmanship of chief secretary is in place to monitor the progress and resolve issues relating to its implementation.<br/><br/>The minister informed the House that Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), the nodal agency, which monitors implementation of scheme, has developed a web enabled Mobile App 'Garv' for monitoring of village electrification.
