Power, Coal and mines minister Piyush Goyal today said the government is giving thrust on accountability, transparency and monitoring in the power transmission. <br/><br/>Addressing media on the achievements of three years of his ministry, Mr Goyal said power transmission capacity has been increased significantly and government focussed on 24×7 power for the citizens. <br/><br/>He said 13,511 villages have been electrified till 19th of May. Saying coal is available sufficiently in the country, Mr Goyal said the government's priority is clean energy and energy for all. <br/><br/>The minister informed that his ministry is in consultation with NITI Aayog to bring in an Energy Policy for the next 25-30 years.<br/><br/>
