The government is committed to ensure good governance and transparency in the allocation of funds for sports organisations.

Replying to supplementaries during question hour in the Lok Sabha today, Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said, his Ministry will bring a Bill for setting up of National Sports Development Fund.

He said, his Ministry has also proposed to set up a Committee to identify talents of sportspersons for Olympic Games in 2016.
