Government is contemplating changes in the administrative structure to deliver citizen friendly and accountable public services. Union Minister of state for Personnel and Public Grievances Prithviraj Chavan said in New Delhi today that better training, performance appraisal and improved recruitment system will be adopted in All India Civil services to bring synergy between central and state government departments. He also added better infrastructure will be provided by Public Private Partnership mode.
