Govt focuses towards creating infrastructure for easy access to medical services for workers: Bhupender Yadav

Labour and Employment Minister Bhupender Yadav has said that government is focused towards creating an infrastructure for easy access to medical services for the workers of the country. He was speaking at the Graduation Ceremony of the students of 2015 and 2016 batches of Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Dental College and Hospital, at Rohini in New Delhi today.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Yadav added that rendering medical services is the best way to serve society. During the event, he also awarded Merit certificates and scrolls to the graduates of ESIC Dental College.<br />'' <br />'' The Minister of State for Labour and Employment Rameswar Teli, who was also present at the event applauded the efforts made by the doctors and para-medical staff of ESIC during the uncertain time of Covid-19.<br />'' <br />''Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment Arti Ahuja said that implementation of Social Security Code will increase the number of workers under ESI Scheme many folds. The ESIC Dental College is the third government dental college in the Delhi NCR region which currently has an annual intake of up to 62 students.
