<span style="color: #222222;">Union human resource development Minister Prakash Javadekar today said&nbsp; the government is focused on providing outcome-based education rather than input-laid education, wherein the students are the measure for quality.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was delivering the convocation address at the 31st convocation of Goa University at Kala Academy, Panaji today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Stressing that innovation is key to future sustainable development of India, Mr Javadekar said that for long, Indians have been contributors to innovation and we must focus on becoming owners of innovation.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The minister informed that the National Education Policy draft is almost ready. Around 35 Goa University students were awarded Ph.D degrees at the convocation ceremony, while around 80 students were awarded prizes, medals and scholarships.</span><br />'' &nbsp;<br />
