Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh today said that BJP-led center government has completely failed to fulfill its promised and the 'Acche Din' are nowhere to be seen. The Congress leader was speaking to the media persons in Panaji today. He said that the Bihar assembly result and today's by-elections results show that the BJP is losing its ground. <br/><br/>The Central Government had failed in all sectors including the foreign policy and even the economy is not doing well. Backing Bollywood actor Aamir Khan for his view on rising intolerance, Mr Digvijay Singh said BJP is encouraging the atmosphere of intolerance in the country.
