Congress today alleged that NDA government has failed on economic front and institutions like Reserve Bank of India have been subjugated to executive. <br/><br/> Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, the party leader Jyotiraditya Scindia said incidents of ceasefire violations have increased substantially on Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir in the last three years of Narendra Modi government. <br/><br/> He said there is no clarity on India's foreign policy towards Pakistan. Another party leader Sachin Pilot said independence of educational institutions is being undermined by the present government at the Centre. Intolerance has increased during the period. <br/><br/>Referring to CBI raids at P. Chidambaram's residence, Party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala alleged that revenge is in the DNA of the BJP and the raids are purely a case of political vendetta. <br/><br/>He also questioned government's silence on Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh. Replying to a question, Mr. Surjewala said party Vice President Rahul Gandhi considers himself as the first worker of the party.
