Government has extended the deadline for comments and suggestions to make recommendations on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013 to 31st of this month. An official release issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in New Delhi said, the deadline, which was ending today, has now been extended.<br/><br/>It said, requests have been received from various stakeholders seeking more time for submission of suggestions and comments.
