Government has extended the deadline for central government employees to file details of their assets and liabilities along with that of their spouses and dependent children as part of mandatory obligations under Lokpal Act. <br/><br/>Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) in a statement said, it has extended the deadline by six months, till 15th of April next year. <br/><br/>This is the fourth extension in the time limit for filing the details which came four days ahead of the last deadline.<br/> <br/>As per rules, notified under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013, every public servant shall file declaration, information and annual returns pertaining to his assets and liabilities.
