Government has extended the date of second Installment of Advance Tax for companies and first installment for others from 15th September to 15th December for Jammu and Kashmir due to flood. In a press release the Central Board of Direct Taxes, CBTD, said that the taxpayers can now pay their installments of advance tax without any penal interest for deferment.
