The allegation is politically motivated and has been levelled to hide its failure and bad financial management.<br />''<br />''Pointing out that the devolution of tax revenues to the states was only 32 per cent during the UPA regime, he said the Modi government increased it to 41 per cent. During the past five years, the centre provided 2,29,844 crores to Kerala under Finance Commission grants and centrally sponsored schemes, which denotes a four-fold jump in central assistance.&nbsp;
