<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh stressed that the Government is constantly removing bottlenecks for faster disposal of litigations in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) across the country. Addressing the Orientation Workshop for the Members of CAT in New Delhi today, the Minister said that in the last 8 years the government has repealed around two thousand obsolete law. <br />''<br />''He noted that Administrative Tribunals are expected to function as a viable substitute for the High Courts. The Minister expressed hope that the Tribunals would go a long way in not only reducing the burden of the various Courts but would also provide speedy relief to the persons in respect of their grievances covered by the Administrative Tribunals.</span><br />
