Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Shiela Dikshit on Sunday said that the government is concerned about the welfare of the physically challenged people. She said this at a felicitation function of General Secretary of National Federarion of the Blind. She also said that her government will try to fulfill the aspirations of physically challenged people.
