The National President of BJP Amit Shah has said that the central government is committed to the welfare of people belonging to backward classes and held out the assurance that the bill giving constitutional recognition to the OBC Commission would be passed in both Houses of Parliament at any cost. <br/><br/>Addressing media at Rohtak on Thursday, he said, since 1955, people belonging to OBCs had been demanding constitutional recognition to the OBC Commission, but due to the anti-OBC mindset of the Congress Party, the Bill could not be passed in the Rajya Sabha.<br/><br/>On farm loan issue, Mr Shah said that Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had clarified that decision regarding waiver of farm loans had to be taken by the respective state governments. He said, states which have waived loans of farmers have taken the decision at their own level.<br/><br/>Mr Shah said that all nations are with India on the issue of tackling terrorism and as a result of the steps taken by the present government at the Centre, Pakistan has been alienated in the entire world.
