<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Law and Justice P P Chaudhary today said the Government is committed to making India as one of the leading arbitration centers of the world. He was speaking at the Training-cum-Brainstorming Workshop on Best Practices in International Arbitration in New Delhi today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Chaudhary said, arbitration ensures timely and effective enforcement of contracts. He said, it should become the de-facto mode of dispute resolution for the majority. The Minister said the Government is focusing on building resources and institutions towards this.</span><br />'' <br />
