Rural development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar today said the Government is committed to make country open defecation free. He was addressing media in New Delhi today. He said effective steps are being taken in this connection. <br/><br/>Mr. Tomar said cleanliness level has increased in the country and the number of toilets and their uses has increased.
