<span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the government is committed to the welfare of the farmers and constantly working for creating a world class market for them. Mr Modi was speaking at a public gathering at Rohtak in Haryana after laying foundation stone of a Railway Refurbishing Factory. <br />''<br />''Highlighting  Centre's  initiatives for the welfare of farmers and traders, Mr Modi said, the doors of banks have been opened for them so that they do not have to depend on money lenders.He said, government has been constantly working to ensure that farmers get remunerative prices for their crops.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Referring to the Rail Coach Factory, Mr. Modi said, the project will create employment and boost industrial development in Haryana.
